Born 1930 in Subotica, Serbia. 

 

Deported, together with his family, to Auschwitz-Birkenau in April, 1944. 

 

Transferred to Dachau, Germany in June 1944 and worked as a slave labourer in sub-camp No. 3. 

 

Liberated by the U.S. Army on April 29, 1945.

 

Came to Canada as an orphan in 1947.
