Survivor of Ghettos and Camps.

Born in Lublin in 1928 and lived with his family in Lodz, in Poland.

After the German occupation in 1939, the family moved first to the Warsaw Ghetto, later to the Radom Ghetto and in 1943 he was deported to Auschwitz-Birkenau.

From there he was sent to slave labour camps in Stuttgart, Kornwestwerheim and ended up in Dachau.

Liberated in April, 1945 on the Austrian-German border by the Americans.

Came to Canada with his wife in 1954.
